Spec running campaign. One concept cut to a flagship film and a full vertical set, built to prove the mechanic rather than to please a client.
kadr is Polish for frame. That is the whole idea. An ad is a small number of frames worth looking at, in an order that makes someone stay.
Scroll ↓One polished video, posted once, and nothing to run for three weeks.
That is what most brands buy, and it is why the money disappears. The feed does not reward one good piece. It rewards fifteen attempts at the same idea, so the algorithm has something to test and the customer has something to see more than once.
So the cutdowns get planned on the shot list, before anything is shot. It costs nothing extra on the day, and it is the difference between one asset and a month of them.
Every piece is a fixed scope at a fixed fee, agreed before the camera comes out. No retainers, no hourly, no surprise line items.

One product, one launch, or a first project together.
A season, a drop, or a full campaign window. Most brands start here.
For brands already spending on Meta or TikTok.

kadr is run by Ben Lemont out of East Lansing, Michigan, working with athletic brands, college programmes and the people who sell to people who train.
The work is short form for sport: apparel, performance, club and college. Concepts are originated here rather than executed from someone else's brief, which is the part most production companies leave to the client and most agencies charge separately for.
